How DesiDash handles eligible cancellations, unavailable items, refunds, and payment reversals.

This policy explains general cancellation and refund handling for DesiDash orders.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellation availability depends on order status, store acceptance, preparation progress, dispatch status, and payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for cancelled orders, unavailable items, duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or eligible product issues.
3. Non-refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available where an order has already been prepared, collected, delivered, or where incorrect information was provided by the customer.
4. Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Bank or card processing times may vary.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact support promptly with order details and photos where applicable so the issue can be reviewed.
