This policy explains delivery and pickup options available through DesiDash.
1. Delivery Availability
Delivery is available only in supported postcodes or pincodes shown in the DesiDash app. Availability may change depending on store coverage and operating capacity.
2. Click & Collect
Customers may select a collection store where Click & Collect is available. Collection times depend on store operating hours and order preparation status.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Actual times may vary due to traffic, weather, demand, store preparation, payment confirmation, or driver availability.
4. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
5. Unavailable Items
If an item is unavailable, the store may contact you about alternatives, partial fulfilment, refund, or cancellation options.
